Background: Word Entertainment (a.k.a. Everland Entertainment) is a Christian/gospel company, which since 2003, is part of Warner Music Group. They are known for releasing the Psalty Kid's Praise videos, as well as VeggieTales videos with Big Idea Productions from 1993 to 2006 in the Christian market.

1st Logo (Early 1990s-1996) Edit

Logo: On a blue/black gradient background, a white square with a red border on it "floats in" from the right and moves to the center like a piece of paper falling to the floor (hence the nickname). The logo (which consists of a stencil-styled big "W.", with a red line below the W, and below the line a stencil-styled "WORD" Both the W & "WORD" are in a cowboy-western font like Courier, Rockwell, or Playbill, giving it it's nickname.) zooms out and places itself on top of the square inside the border.

FX/SFX: Simple but effective CGI animation.

Music/Sounds: A synth fanfare. Sometimes silent.

Availability: It was seen on VHS prints of the first few (mid-90s) VeggieTales episodes (which are pretty much almost extinct considering that these VHS prints are long out of print and that almost all VeggieTales VHS tapes after 1997 were released by Lyrick Studios, though Word Entertainment DID release VeggieTales episodes past 1997, and those tapes had the Lyrick Studios Tape Master!). The silent version was seen on the Psalty's Salvation Celebration: The Movie and Psalty's Funtastic Praise Party. This logo has also been seen on other home videos released from the company in that period. Your best bet to find this logo is to try finding the original 1995 VHS of VeggieTales: Are You My Neighbor?.

Scare Factor: Low to medium; the music may scare you. However, it's a good logo.

2nd Logo (1999-2006) Edit

Logo: On a gray/silver gradient background, we see the letters "e", "V", "e", "R", "L", "a", "n", & "D" moving away from the screen onto some weird teal, square/trapezoid-like shape. We then see two larger "e"s, one yellow and one black. The black "e" jumps on the shape, followed by the yellow "e" jumping on the black "e". "ENTERTAINMENT" appears under "eVeRLanD".

FX/SFX: The letters moving.

Music/Sounds: The letters laughing, then a "BOING" sound as the "e" jumps, with a man saying "E".

Availability: Can be found on many 2000s Everland Entertainment releases such as tapes and DVDs of EgyptSpin, Darkwing Packer, Power Pack, KrakeTales, Prank Troop, Clonkers, Carsupilami, Hip-Hop Larry, Big Idea's Detention, Pepper Joseph, the first ten seasons of Pearls After Swine on VHS, The Wacky Adventures of Stefan and Luke, and Threads: A Pond Full of Pigs.

Scare Factor: None to minimal.
